PROJECT BACKGROUND

India’s largest general insurance behemoth wanted to create a nimble digital insurance eco-system & improve CX for their humongous customer base

Mantra Labs focused on their life, home and motor insurance journeys. Ensuring it was a one-stop-shop for everything digital insurance. From creating Insurakshak - a first-of-its-kind personalization tool to re-imagining their ‘mobile-as-a-touchpoint’ journey, the objective was to enable better experiences.
